Atanu - an alumnus of IHM Bhubaneshwar and PUSA Delhi with 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has successfully spearheaded leading hotels chains like Hyatt (Delhi), Taj Bengal, Quality Inn & Sterling Holidays. To add to this he has also managed renowned clubs like Tollygunge Club and launched and managed several Conclave clubs like The Conclave, Eco Vista By Conclave, Verde Vista By Conclave & Montana Vista By Conclave. With years of experience and expertise he has now stepped into the role of the strategic lead for Castor.

Arindam Chakravarti, masters in Hotel Management and Post Graduate in Retail Management, Supply Chain and Customer Behaviour from Symbiosis is having over 28 years of experience in strategizing, developing & managing multi-million food & beverage projects. He has worked with Companies like Oberoi Group of Hotels, Carnival Cruise Lines (USA), Reliance Industries Limited, Speciality Restaurants Limited, Kantian Hospitality Private Limited, Infinity InfoTech Parks Limited, Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Reliance Media Works limited, and Amrit Group of Companies. As owner of Arindam Chakravarti & Associates, he has also created various Restaurants, Kitchen, Banqueting Centres and Hotels, tied up with ITC's Fortune Park Chain, apart from organising large Outdoor catering.
