Booking & Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon full/partial advance payment.
Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to avoid charges.

Children & Extra Bed Policy

Children under 5 years of age stay complimentary with parents (without extra bed).
